The Program period is 1st January 2025 to 31st December 2025.
To participate, please submit the above online form. After submission, a preliminary review and qualification audit will be conducted by Autozcrave and/or its authorized distributors (AD). The participation is effective only upon issuance of official certification by Autozcrave.

Autozcrave shall not be liable for ensuring continued availability of the products covered under the Program. No claim or demand shall lie against Autozcrave as a consequence thereof under any circumstances whatsoever.
Misuse of the Program, including any false information, failure to follow Program policies and procedures, any misrepresentation of fact relating thereto or other improper conduct as determined by Autozcrave in its sole judgment, may result in cancellation of the Participant’s account and future disqualification from Program participation and/or forfeiture of all incentives accrued.
Participant certification is granted for a period of 1 year and renewable thereafter basis performance.
If evidence is made at any time, that the eligible participants of the Program (“Participant”) is not meeting the criteria or is not adhering to Autozcrave branding guidelines, Participant will be asked to correct the situation within a period of a quarter. If corrections are not made after this period, all benefits associated with the Autozcrave Program, including the right to promote the membership by any means will be cancelled
Participants can, at any time, ask to be removed from the program. They will lose specific benefits, including the right to promote their membership by any means.
The Program Benefits are as listed in the Table above and no cash or cash equivalents are provided as Benefits under this Program.
Autozcrave shall provide the Tools as mentioned in the Table above.
Without limiting Autozcrave sole and absolute discretion in the selection and review process, eligibility for participation is as per the description in the Table above only. The Participant’s inclusion in this Program does not guarantee its inclusion in a similar plan or program in future and Autozcrave retains sole and absolute discretion to determine whether the Participant should continue benefiting from this Program in subsequent years.
By participating in the Program, Participant agree to receive Program notifications, information, communications related to Autozcrave products and other promotional programs. Autozcrave may use the information that Participants provide on enrolment to this Program (Such as name, contact number, address etc.), together with any information relating to transactions, purchases made of Autozcrave products, for the purpose of
Autozcrave may, at its absolute discretion, amend, modify and/or withdraw the Program and/or its terms and conditions without prior notice. No claims or demands shall lie against the Autozcrave as a consequence thereof under any circumstances.
In case of any issues of interpretation, explanations, disputes or differences pertaining to this Program, the decision of Autozcrave will be final & binding.
Any taxes, levies or other liabilities arising from and applicable to the incentive payouts earned from this Program shall be the sole responsibility of the AD. Where required by local tax laws, Autozcrave shall deduct applicable withholding tax from payment of payouts to the Participant, pay such withholding tax to the appropriate government authority, and pay an amount net of withholding tax to the Participant
All the payouts are independent and cannot be clubbed with other programs
The payouts earned under this Program are non-transferable and subject to the terms and conditions herein.
The Participant shall not under any circumstances set-off any invoice or payments against any payouts claimed under this Program, which will be in violation of Autozcrave payment terms and credit policies, and in such a case, the Participant’s eligibility for any outstanding incentives may be forfeited.
The Program is subject to prevailing applicable law and regulations. In the event that the Program cannot be continued without total compliance of the prevailing law at any point of time, Program shall be deemed to be discontinued forthwith from the date when the amended law restricting/prohibiting the Program come into force, without any liability to Autozcrave
Any disputes or differences in connection with the Program shall be governed by laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court at Bengaluru.
